Collin Pierce, AIA/NCARB
With over eight years of professional experience, Collin is a licensed Architect and Managing Principal / Director of Architecture who oversees all aspects of the architectural design process. He works closely with clients and developers, providing clear direction, coordination, and support on projects ranging from early conceptual studies to ground-up, freestanding developments and large-scale master planning efforts across the country.

Collin earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University, graduating at the top of his class. A proud Owl, he often mentions that FAU is one of the only universities in the country where you can see the beach from the football stadium—an environment that helped shape his appreciation for place, lifestyle, and experience-driven design.

In the office or on site, Collin is often recognized by his signature tropical button-down shirts, reflecting both his creative mindset and approachable working style. Outside of the studio, he enjoys exploring new food, culture, and design influences through travel around the world, ideally to a tropical destination.

At the core of Collin’s design philosophy is the belief that architecture should be experienced, not simply occupied or seen as passive. Regardless of scale, each project is approached as a carefully crafted environment meant to evolve over time and connect with people in a meaningful way. From the first impression to the smallest detail—building materials, spatial layout and organization, natural lighting, and even the food presentation—Collin believes every element matters in creating spaces that feel authentic, timeless, and engaging.
