Collin Pierce, AIA/NCARB
With more than eight years of professional experience, Collin is a licensed Architect and Managing Principal / Director of Architecture, leading all phases of the architectural design process. He collaborates closely with clients and developers to provide strategic direction, coordination, and support on projects ranging from early conceptual studies to ground-up standalone developments and large-scale master planning initiatives nationwide.

Collin earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Florida Atlantic University, graduating at the top of his class. As a proud Owl, he often notes that FAU is one of the few universities in the country where the beach is visible from the football stadium—an experience that helped shape his appreciation for place-making, lifestyle, and experience-driven design.

Whether in the office or on-site, Collin is known for his signature tropical button-down shirts, a reflection of both his creative personality and approachable leadership style. Outside the studio, he enjoys traveling the world in search of new food, culture, and design inspiration, preferably somewhere tropical.

At the heart of Collin’s design philosophy is the belief that architecture should be experienced, not simply occupied. Regardless of scale, each project is approached as a thoughtfully crafted environment designed to evolve over time and create meaningful connections with the people who use it. From first impressions to the smallest details—including materiality, spatial organization, natural light, and even food presentation—Collin believes every element contributes to creating spaces that feel authentic, timeless, and memorable.
